The news that Prince Harry's memoirs could land him and his wife at least $20 million has gone down like a lead balloon over here in the UK. Apparently Palace officials have indicated that the Royal family have almost resigned themselves to the fact that more allegations and scandal lies in wait for them when the book is finally published next year.
This set me thinking as to why this marriage of Harry and Meghan are so hounding the very institution that allowed them the opportunity to have such a worldwide platform in the first place. It seems to me that they are hell bent in sticking the knife into the Royal family, who they know cannot answer back, while profiting from it all along. There is a sense of cruelty and greed here that I cannot escape from, and I wish that they could just get on with their own projects away from Britain, and in the words of the saying “Let Sleeping Dogs Lie”.
Until this moment, I hadn't really wondered why as a pair they are acting as a wrecking ball for the British Royal family, but on closer inspection I may have found an Astrological reason for it, and it lies in the synastry of both, and also in the composite charts of the couple.
A composite chart is one where the Astrological factors of a couple (and you have to have the full accurate birth details for both partners) are combined into a single chart. There are a couple of types of these, the normal composite that combines Ascendant and planetary midpoints, and the Davison chart which is one linked to joint time and space. Both are relevant, and both for Harry and Meghan very much show that “as a couple” they act very differently and very destructively for their internationally known family. If you also look at the synastry for Meghan on Harry, then you start to see the motivating factors at play too.

He had a close attachment to her (Moon conjunct North Node in 4th house in Taurus), something that was lasting and unchanging and highlighted even more through the trine from his Moon at 21 Taurus to his Virgo Sun at 22 degrees Virgo. That Moon in the 4th house trine to his Sun in the 8th says that he is a very private man, he likes to keep things in house. He doesn't go public. That would be something that does not come naturally for him at all. Why then is he suddenly going so public, and in the same breath lifting the lid on his family (Moon in 4th house in Taurus)??
When you look at the synastry between Meghan and Harry, you start to see why. On Meghan's natal chart, there are two planets that are ultra stressed and work at counter points to her life. Firstly there is a frustrated Mars in Cancer sitting at the apex point of a t-square linked into an opposition from Midheaven to a repressed Moon Saturn Jupiter conjunction. Mars in Cancer in the 12th is a very defensive security motivated Mars, it is hidden and complex (12th house) ruling the 10th house so this Mars is likely to work actively and somewhat aggressively behind the scenes (12th house) to get a public reaction (10th house) against things that are emotionally upsetting to those she cares about (Mars in Cancer). Mars in Cancer doesn't so much step forward as move sideways to dodge the bullets, or hides in the shell to protect itself, and yet it has claws too, and this is a cardinal planet that can provoke first, in an emotionally charged way.
So how does this dynamic work? Moon Saturn Jupiter in Libra opposite to the Midheaven is always on the look out for emotional justice and fairness (Jupiter in Libra) of one's own emotional difficulties and disappointments through one's relationship (Moon Saturn in Libra). These hurts are spread far and wide (Jupiter) and made public (Midheaven) through the square to Mars. With Mars hidden as I said, she will act covertly to bring things to the surface. You have to also understand that this is an ego driven woman with both Sun, Mercury and North Node in Leo in the first house. How attention seeking can you get?? These is a strange private public balance that she has to try and negotiate and work around. She wants a big public reaction and wants to be noticed, but also needs to hide the motivational side of things away in some regard.
Now the other stressed planet is Chiron. It lies at the point of a Yod on her chart, a finger of God aspect. At the base of the Yod is a sextile between Pluto and Neptune, the two most powerful agents of change in the zodiac, both of which work in a covert or internal way. Here is the ability to wound (Chiron) through manipulation, jealousy, greed and power (Pluto) and through using suffering, sympathy, solitude, escapism, fantasy and deception (Neptune). This Chiron in fixed Taurus is ultra nasty, patient, unchanging and determined.

It is my assertion that her covert behind the scenes actions, that frustrated 12th house Mars in Cancer, provokes him in the most personal way possible. It is through him that she gets her emotional frustrations indicated through that Saturn Moon Jupiter conjunction in Libra (sitting in his hidden 8th house of inevitable change) out into the public sphere.
Secondly that Chiron at the point of the Yod in Meghan's chart sits in Harry's 4th house conjunct to his Moon, the planet of Harry's emotions, his mother, his family and his roots. She wounds him, and at the same time and reminds him of his own hidden hurts around Diana. He's too much in love at the moment with a young family to smell the coffee as they have a joint target, the way they feel mistreated by Harry's family. That will eventually die down once all the revelations come out, and then they will have to focus on each other.
So there is this war going on this war going on between Harry & Meghan as a couple, and Harry's family in particular. To explain that further, we have to go to the composite charts.
Remember the composite charts see these two acting as a couple, as one entity. There are some common features on both. Both charts have a Venus Mars conjunction square to Neptune and South Node, and this is a very powerful indication of attraction, love, sex, fantasy and escape linked to matters of the past (South Node). Is there something that may in time undermine and disintegrate that attraction through the Neptune South Node square? Remember, the South Node is not a point linked to the future, it is a detrimental one steeped in matters linked to the past. Only time will tell in that.
Both composite charts have a tough as nails Saturn Pluto conjunction that squares the composite Moon, and this is a connection that has severe implications for both of their families. Saturn is repression, disappointment, feeling a sense of responsibility and authority, and Pluto tears things down and destroys to build a new structure. Do Harry and Meghan as a couple think it a responsibility to change their families, to be in control of them, to be frank, brutal and/or manipulative towards them? This is a serious connection that in due course may undermine their own emotions for each other too. That hurt, betrayal and mistrust works both ways, and I don't doubt that there was a lot of control and administration over them from the family they call "The Firm", but that's what the institution of the Royal Family is all about. It is a powerful entity that is the bedrock of British society. It has rules, it keeps things secret, and it is stuck firmly in the past. That is not going to change.
Now here's the problem. Both charts have Uranus square to their composite Sun, in one case Uranus conjunct Jupiter makes a square to the Sun. This is a very independent, rebellious square that needs to change the status quo. As a couple, they will want to do their own thing without care for tradition, the past, or anything staid or old fashioned. Together they are like a lightning bolt of change, a revolution, they are rebels with a cause. Now this spells trouble while they are together for whoever gets in their way BUT it does not spell long term either. Uranus connections are fleeting, they are not supposed to last. Any electrical storm will blow itself out, and calm will return.
I have always expressed my doubts that these two will last the test of time, and this Sun Uranus square only reinforces that view. Nevertheless, while they are together, it is my thoughts that Harry and Meghan will wreak havoc together, especially on their families and those they are emotionally attached to, before they part and go their own separate ways.
And I think that they will. The thing about Davison charts are they are time space derived, and so putting transiting planets against them does work. Transiting Pluto is now on their composite Midheaven opposing their composite Moon which rules their composite 4th house, and the pressure they are putting on the Royal Family is immense and damaging. They are bringing everything into the open, dredging up the dirt, and making it public. Transiting Uranus is squaring Mercury in the 10th house, so internet media deals are happening, interviews with Oprah, impending book deals all to make money (Mercury rules 2nd house of finances and 6th house of work and routine). It all fits.
Soon though, that transiting Pluto will turn inwards to square their composite Pluto in the 6th house ruling the 7th house of partnership and marriage, and Uranus will soon hit their composite Ascendant in 2022/2023. As Uranus hits 16 degrees Taurus, lets watch what happens to them as a couple, and a couple of years down the line as Pluto heads for the sign of Aquarius in 2023/24 and that Pluto square Pluto, then the cracks may be really opening up in their union, and their marriage.
