Astrology of the Day - Thursday 30th November 2017

sorry note

The Moon remains in the sign of Aries for the majority of Thursday and we will have a slightly selfish, me first attitude around us carried over from the day before. There is the propensity to act first and think later under the Moon in Aries, and our emotions are very straightforward and not that complex. In short, we will know what we want, and we will do all in our power to achieve it.

Now referring back to yesterday once again, the Moon was approaching Uranus and an opposition to Mars and when the Moon finally makes contact with both these planets they are less than a degree apart opposing each other. The Moon conjunct to Uranus is very unemotional, logical, rebellious and prepared to shock, and opposed to Mars we have haste, irritability, anger and forcefulness. In opposition these two planets spark off each other and nothing at all will be certain. We may be accident prone, easily annoyed, impatient and we won't care who we upset, so long as we carry out our own agenda in our own way.

The Moon continues on to make two trines to Saturn and Mercury now separating but still in conjunction in Sagittarius, and thankfully this aspect will calm us down and settle our minds a little. The Moon trine to Saturn tones down our emotional reactions and allows us to see the errors of our ways. We can take responsibility for mistakes and upsets that we have caused. The Moon trine to Mercury is communicative and allows our emotions to work well with our ability to explain our feelings. This is sorely needed to take the heat out of the Mars Uranus opposition which could have seen things go completely out of control.

The final aspect the Moon will make before exiting Aries is an inconjunct aspect to Venus. Here we are urged to adjust our values in the light of what we have done in the past day or two. Have we been too fast to act, do we need to learn lessons? Have we upset someone in a relationship that we are in, and would it be best to change our ways a little to make sure that we don't make the same mistake twice? You know, it's never too late to apologise and say sorry, as admitting your frailties sometimes shows more strength than you might think.

The Moon moves into steady Taurus towards the end of the day, and our emotions will ease and will not be as highly strung. Peace and serenity should now reign at last...
