This is the most shocking story I think I have ever blogged about. As Uranus goes direct I mentioned on my Facebook page (also called Solaris Astrology if you wish to find it) that it would bring down an almighty thunderbolt before a storm began. In astrological terms, it was an easy call to make and I worried about the consequences of what might occur. Now we all know. There has been another shooting in the US following the Oregon shopping mall incident just a few days ago, and this time it is as shocking as you could imagine. The death toll at the school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut lies at 26, including 20 young children aged between 5 and 10 years of age who were tragically gunned down. Heart breaking doesn’t even get close to explaining how awful this incident is.
At the time that the police and authorities were called, 09.30am, the Moon was just past a conjunction with Pluto in Capricorn joining that nasty Yod that I have been explaining for the past couple of weeks and making a square to newly direct Uranus far more deep and emotional. Uranus was also making a very close trine to Mercury, which is ruling the 5th house of children. Maybe we will discover in the future that this trine was a trigger in the decision making of the shooter? Notice that Mars Pluto and the Moon in the 12th house of suffering and sacrifice, Saturn in the 9th house of education and higher learning, the point of the Yod in the 4th house of endings, although if the incident started just 10 minutes earlier, then it would then be in the 5th house of children too. The Moon making it’s conjunction with Pluto brought in another element. This was a family tragedy, ruled by the Moon, as the shooter named as 20 year old Adam Lanza killed his mother in his attack at the school, and most of the children shot were in her classroom.
Across the latitude of Newtown, 41 degrees North, Antares which is very ruthless and passionate has been the Heliacal Rising Star and violent Algol the Heliacal Setting Star, and I am sure that this star combination is creating the tense and unstable atmosphere for the horrible events which have been occurring in the US in the past week.
Remember too that Antares, one of the most important stars in the heavens sits directly opposite another royal star, Aldebaran. Antares is watcher of the West and Aldebaran under the pressure of that Jupiter/Black Moon Lilith conjunction at the point of the Yod is the Watcher of the East. This important in the sky axis is getting pummelled and now we are seeing the results.
My sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the relatives of the victims, and to all the people of Connecticut. In my view, something urgent needs to be done to put a stop to these terrible incidents with guns, and it needs to happen soon.

ReplyDeleteIt's important to note that however horrific the knife attack in China was, none of the children died, unlike the 20 that were murdered in Connecticut.
DeleteHurts vs. kills. As a US citizen, I can say that we MUST do something about the gun problem in the US. Now though, in a time of grieving, is not the time for a gun control discussion. In the near future, we, as a nation must make some changes. Rest in peace to the beautiful souls who departed our world today, and prayers to their families, whose lives have been changed forever.
ReplyDeleteKnife, guns, bombs... dead is dead, regardless of the method. Timothy McVeigh killed 168 people, 19 of them under the age of 6, in OK City. And oh, by the way. Bombs are ALREADY illegal.
ReplyDeleteThe bottom line is that people with mental health issues can no longer be segregated from society due to their rights, while we the general public have no right to be protected from their violent outbursts. It's easy to blame the tool, but the tool is not the source of the violence. The person wielding it is.
Not to turn this into a gun control forum...but I must say, in response to your post, I agree that there are multiple facets to this issue. HOWEVER, the fact that it is so easy for these people to get their hands on automatic weapons/high powered rifles is inexcusable. We have a problem in our country and we are going to have to do something about it.

They've told me that each sign is marked out by 30 degree, and it's some other force that causes it. What exactly is it then that causes the influence?
